Cr77 Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide

1 General Introduction

CR77 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "CR77") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between CR77 and its members.

This document has been prepared in Bangla for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

Cr77 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with cr77, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Providing false details may result in your account being terminated at any time.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account — multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and should include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your account login details with anyone.

KYC Verification

CR77 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent money laundering and fraud. Identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Failure to submit KYC documents may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

CR77 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Access to CR77 is not permitted if any of the following conditions are not met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Registration must be completed voluntarily and in full sound mind.
• cr77 is not available in countries where its use is prohibited by law.
• Individuals currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program are not eligible to register.

Cr77 may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Funds will remain frozen until verification is complete. Any winnings in an account registered with a false age will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at CR77 are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The table below outlines available payment methods and their limits:

Deposit Rules

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment account may result in account suspension.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawals can be processed.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• The daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for premium members).
• The turnover requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at CR77 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus carries its own wagering (turnover) requirement — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount.
• While a bonus is active, winnings derived from that bonus must be wagered on bets meeting the specified odds requirements.
• Claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or via family members is not allowed.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• CR77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

Please read and understand the rules below before placing any bets on CR77. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

• A bet is considered final once it has been recorded on cr77's servers. Bets that fail to reach the server due to connection issues will not be considered valid.
• CR77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• For live betting, odds are subject to change based on real-time data — the odds at the time the bet is accepted will apply.

Accumulator Bet Rules

• If any leg of an accumulator is void, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.0.
• Accumulator bets on correlated markets within the same match are not permitted.
• Maximum accumulator winnings are capped at ৳50,00,000 per day.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CR77. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or identities.
• Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Betting via software bots or any automated means.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

CR77 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• Due to legal obligations.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, provided no rule violations are pending.

If an inactive account holds a balance, a maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted each month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

Cr77 is committed to protecting the personal information of its members. Any data we collect is used solely for delivering platform services, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

• We may be required to share information with authorities in response to a legal order.

10 Responsible Betting

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between CR77 and a member will be addressed through the following steps:

• Step 2: If the issue remains unresolved, please submit a formal complaint form. CR77's management team will review it within 72 hours.
• Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, it will be referred to an independent mediator.

In the event of a dispute, server logs, transaction history, and game data will be treated as the definitive record. Screenshots or device-side data provided by the member will not be accepted as conclusive evidence.

12 Right to Amend Terms

Cr77 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where possible, members will be given reasonable advance notice before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your existing balance.
